Placement Officer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer to support student placement activities and build strong industry connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring partners and recruiters.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment events.
- Assist students with job opportunities, interview preparation, and placement readiness.
- Track placement activities and maintain placement records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve placement targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Placement, Career Services, or Business Development within the EdTech industry.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Experience coordinating with companies and managing recruitment processes.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
