Role Overview -
We are hiring a Franchise Manager to drive our expansion and manage end-to-end franchise operations. You will be the key link between Skinfinity HO and franchise partners to ensure brand standards, revenue growth, and operational success.
Key Responsibilities -
Franchise Development- Identify, pitch, and onboard new franchise partners in target cities
Partner Management- Support existing franchisees with SOPs, training, marketing, and P&L guidance
Business Growth- Drive revenue targets for each unit through promotions, doctor engagement, and upselling protocols
Brand Compliance- Audit clinics for service quality, hygiene, branding, and patient experience standards
Coordination- Liaise with Marketing, Operations, HR, and Medical teams to ensure smooth franchise launches & operations
Reporting- Track KPIs like patient conversion, revenue per doctor, and share weekly MIS with management
Site Visits- Travel to franchise locations for launch, training, and quarterly audits
Requirements -
Experience- 4-6 years in franchise management, business development, or clinic/hospital operations
Industry Preference- Aesthetic, Dermatology, Wellness, Healthcare, or Retail Franchise chains
Skills- Strong negotiation, partner handling, and P&L understanding. Comfortable with 40-50% travel
Education- Graduate/Post Graduate in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
