Key Responsibilities Process Execution & Management: Handle complex, end-to-end transactions and processes with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Escalation Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for complex queries, exceptions, and escalations from clients or junior associates, ensuring timely resolution. Quality Assurance: Monitor transaction quality, ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines, and conduct peer reviews or audits. Mentorship & Training: Guide, train, and support newly onboarded Process Associates. Share best practices and help the team improve overall productivity. Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality metrics. Process Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or risks in current workflows and suggest actionable improvements or automation opportunities. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Regularly update process documentation and SOPs to reflect any workflow changes.
