- Handle day-to-day office operations and administration work
- Maintain office files, records, and documents (physical & digital)
- Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination
- Prepare reports, bills, quotations, and basic documentation
- Coordinate with sales, service, and accounts teams
- Track attendance, leave records, and staff details
- Manage office supplies and vendor follow-ups
- Assist management with scheduling meetings and reminders
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in office operations
