Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production plans based on customer requirements and business priorities.
- Prepare and monitor the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate daily with production, procurement, stores, quality, and dispatch teams.
- Track production progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
- Perform aggregate production planning to optimize resources and capacity utilization.
- Monitor inventory levels and support material requirement planning.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and MIS dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to production targets, delivery commitments, and quality standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Experience in coordinating with vendors and multiple internal departments.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
