Role Overview
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant who can act as a bridge between business and technology — leading requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation across CRM modules.
Functional consultants are expected to understand business processes and map them effectively to Dynamics 365 capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct requirement gathering workshops and understand client business processes
✅ Perform business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design
✅ Configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) based on requirements
✅ Prepare functional documents (BRD, FDD, user stories, process flows)
✅ Work with technical teams to translate functional requirements into implementation design
✅ Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business validation
✅ Conduct user training sessions and workshops for adoption
✅ Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
✅ Ensure alignment with best practices and client business objectives
Required Skills & Experience
✔ 5–8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Functional / CE)
✔ Strong expertise in Sales / Customer Service / Marketing modules
✔ Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design
✔ Knowledge of configuration (entities, forms, workflows, dashboards)
✔ Experience in UAT, training, and stakeholder management
✔ Basic understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
✔ Strong communication and client-facing skills
Nice to Have
⭐ Experience in multiple D365 implementations (end-to-end)
⭐ Exposure to SME or industry-specific CRM processes
⭐ Knowledge of integrations with ERP / Finance / external systems
⭐ Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-230, PL-200)

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
