Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team at our Odhav, Ahmedabad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the organization's financial planning and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and financial reports.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Support payroll processing and maintain payroll-related financial records.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory-related financial records.
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best accounting practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management.
- Experience in GST, TDS, Tax Compliance, Payroll Processing, and Auditing.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, Busy, or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills
- Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP/HRMS integration processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
