ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Junior Food Chemists to join our field team across Kerala. You will visit bakeries, commercial kitchens, food manufacturers, and HORECA clients in your assigned district — conducting live product demonstrations, delivering product presentations, and educating customers on how to use CK’s ingredients correctly and effectively. This is a field-based role that combines your food science background with hands-on client interaction across the territory.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations of CK’s food ingredients — emulsifiers, preservatives, flavours, bakery improvers — at client sites
- Deliver clear product presentations explaining usage, dosage, shelf-life impact, and application methods
- Educate customers on product benefits and assist them in selecting the right product for their application
- Visit bakeries, caterers, food manufacturers, and HORECA clients in your district on a regular schedule
- Build strong, trusted relationships with bakery owners, production heads, and purchase managers
- Support CK’s distributor partners and represent the brand professionally in every client interaction
- Submit daily field visit and demonstration reports to the State Head
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- B.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related science discipline
- Fresh graduates welcome; working experience in a related field is an added advantage
- Interest in food ingredients, product applications, and customer education
- Confident communicator — comfortable with live product demonstrations and client presentations
- Good communication in Malayalam (mandatory); basic English preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable with independent field work within the assigned district
