Job Purpose
The Network Manager (IPE) is responsible for network expansion and development, strengthening and expanding the CI vendor base, improving capacity and competitiveness, and ensuring cost-effective execution of dealership infrastructure projects in line with MSIL’s business plans. The role contributes directly to network growth, quality, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
Principal Accountabilities
- Lead relocation and upgradation projects based on dealer requests and RO/ZO inputs
- Expand and upgrade the CI vendor base in line with:
- Market trends
- New materials and technologies
- Modifications in CI guidelines
- Manage construction of RO / CODO projects utilizing MSIL land parcels
- Conduct CI audits as per BSC guidelines
- Publish and track Zonal Network MIS
- Drive special projects aligned with business requirements and system improvements
Skills & Knowledge
Educational Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM (Marketing) or
- BE / B.Tech (Desirable)
Work Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
