TELECALLER – CALICUTJob Summary
Catalyst Education is looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecallers to join our Calicut team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, explaining educational programs, handling enquiries, and supporting the admissions team through effective follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses, programs, fees, and admission procedures.
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable information.
- Generate interest and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule counselling appointments for prospective students.
- Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with Academic Counsellors and the Sales Team.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent Malayalam communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience
Experience in EdTech, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Academic Counselling will be an added advantage.
