Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and dependable Front Office & Admin Executive to join our team. This role requires someone who is positive, organized, presentable, and willing to take ownership of day-to-day coordination and administrative responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong English proficiency, basic knowledge of Tally, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
We are specifically looking for individuals with a positive attitude, high learning potential, and the ability to independently manage responsibilities with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling front office and reception activities
- Greeting and coordinating with visitors and clients
- Managing incoming calls and communications professionally
- Coordinating internally with different departments
- Basic data entry and record maintenance
- Assisting with administrative and office coordination tasks
- Maintaining office files and documentation
- Supporting accounts/admin team when required
- Basic Tally entries and coordination
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Tally
- Comfortable with computers, emails, and coordination work
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and follow up efficiently
- Positive and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
