Position: Operations Manager – Facility Management
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Electrical Systems
- Diesel Generator (DG) Sets
- HVAC Systems
- STP & WTP Operations
- HNS (Housekeeping & Network Systems)
- Safety Systems
- UPS Operations & Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of all facility systems across IT companies and residential apartments.
- Lead, train, and guide technical teams to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for timely issue resolution and performance improvement.
Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in facility management operations, preferably in IT and residential environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹744,000.00 per year
