Job Summary:
IndiaFilings is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Business Advisors to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective customers, understanding their business requirements, recommending suitable services, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate business solutions.
- Explain company services, pricing, and process to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Telesales, or Customer Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
