As an Associate – Human Resources, you will support the HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks across recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, onboarding and HRIS management. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, organized, and looking to grow in a dynamic HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, documents and HR databases.
- Coordinate HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management and employee queries.
- Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts and other employee documents.
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Help ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
- Collaborate with finance or payroll teams for data related to salaries, attendance or benefits.
- Assist with training coordination and performance review follow-ups.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in an HR support role or internship (freshers with strong interest in HR are welcome).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
