Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Maintenance Executive to oversee maintenance activities for our restaurant operations and small factory setup in Bangalore. The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance, vendor coordination, utilities management, and periodic travel to the Chennai location for maintenance supervision and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day maintenance activities for restaurant outlets and factory premises.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, kitchen, and utility equipment.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors and AMC service providers.
- Monitor DG sets, compressors, HVAC, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and equipment history.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with statutory maintenance requirements.
- Support new installations, repairs, and renovation activities.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams for quick issue resolution.
- Visit Chennai location once a week to oversee maintenance requirements and support local operations.
- Monitor spare inventory and maintenance-related purchases.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- 3–8 years of maintenance experience in restaurants, hospitality, food production, FMCG, or manufacturing setup.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and utilities.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Chennai.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in restaurant or food factory maintenance.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems.
- Vendor management and cost control exposure.
- Ability to handle multiple locations independently
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
