About the Internship
As a MERN Stack Developer Intern, you will work closely with our development team on live projects, gaining practical exposure to modern web development practices. This internship is designed to help aspiring developers strengthen their technical skills while working in a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and scalable web interfaces.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and senior developers to implement new features.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Follow software development best practices and company coding standards.
- Complete assigned tasks within project timelines.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Knowledge of responsive web development.
- Basic understanding of databases and CRUD operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, BCA, B.Tech, or a related field.
- Candidates must have completed at least 2 MERN Stack projects (academic, personal, or freelance).
- Applicants should be able to explain their project architecture, development process, and individual contribution during the interview.
- GitHub profile, portfolio, or deployed project links are highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with React Hooks, Context API, or Redux.
- Knowledge of JWT Authentication and Role-Based Access Control.
- Basic understanding of deployment using Vercel, Netlify, Render, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and Agile development methodologies is an added advantage.
