Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely support.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.

Qualification
- Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma.

Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years in customer service, telecalling, or support roles.
