Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Mac/Linux) and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Assist in user account management, email setup, and access permissions.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and security patches.
- Document support requests, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Coordinate with IT teams for escalated issues and hardware/software upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
- Provide remote and on-site support to employees as needed.
- Maintain IT inventory and track hardware/software licenses.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
