We are authorized distributors of JSW Steel in the Telangana region, specializing in high-quality Mild Steel (MS) products, including JSW Neosteel TMT Bars, JSW Kalinga Pipes (MS, GP, GI), and MS binding wire. We maintain our own stockyard and inventory in Medchal to ensure reliable service and timely delivery.

Job Summary
The Sales Executive is a high-impact, field-intensive role responsible for driving revenue growth across Telangana. The successful candidate will be dedicated to skilfully managing existing client relationships while aggressively seeking and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a disciplined, professional, and commercially-driven individual with a minimum of five years of experience in the steel or related construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Sales & Business Development
· Field Presence: The candidate is required to spend a minimum of 20 days per month traveling in the field to cover assigned territories, visiting existing clients, and generating new leads.
· Identify, prospect, and generate a robust pipeline of new leads within the target market segments (real estate, infrastructure, government, and MES works).
· Conduct proactive outreach via direct visits, cold calls, and emails to qualify potential customers and identify decision-makers.
· Conduct needs analysis to understand prospects’ requirements and effectively position the company’s product offerings, including JSW Neosteel TMT Bars and JSW Kalinga Pipes.
· Prepare and submit formal quotations, proposals, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for steel requirements.
2. Account Management & Customer Service
· Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, fostering long-term, high-trust relationships to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
· Focus on cross-selling and up-selling the full range of MS steel products to established accounts.
· Ensure timely follow-up on all sales quotes, orders, delivery terms, and payment terms.
· Provide exceptional customer service and assist in the resolution of any order or account discrepancies.
· Collaborate with the logistics and stockyard teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment from the Medchal inventory location.
3. Sales Operations & Reporting
· Manage and meticulously track all leads, accounts, and field activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
· Track and report on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and progress toward monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Education: Must be a Graduate (any discipline).
· Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of direct work experience in the steel, construction, or a related heavy industry sector is mandatory. Sales experience is preferred.
· Language: Well versed and fluent in Telugu and English (read, write, and speak) to effectively communicate with local clients and contractors across the region.
· Personal Attributes: Physically fit, highly hardworking, disciplined, and results-focused, with a high level of integrity and work ethic, necessary for extensive field travel.
· Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and perform basic calculations for steel product pricing (per MT, KG).
· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software for pipeline management and proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word).
Compensation & Benefits
· CTC: ₹6,00,000 to ₹7,50,000 per annum (based on experience and performance).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
