About the Role
Dream Byte Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior SEO Executive to lead and execute SEO strategies that improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page SEO, keyword research, and SEO analytics.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform on-page SEO, including optimization of meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Execute off-page SEO activities such as high-quality link building, guest posting, local citations, and outreach.
- Perform technical SEO audits and work with the development team to resolve issues affecting website performance.
- Monitor website health, crawl errors, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical performance.
- Optimize website content to improve search rankings and user experience.
- Manage Local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization and local citation building.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and the digital marketing team to execute SEO-driven campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior SEO executives and interns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
