Job Description:
As a MERN Developer, you will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern TypeScript-based frontend and backend technologies. You will work closely with designers, backend services, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality sprint-based outcomes. This role requires strong hands-on development skills, ownership of assigned features, and active participation in code reviews and sprint ceremonies. You are expected to work independently on assigned tasks, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to improving code quality, performance, and reliability of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and deliver as per the scope provided by your manager.
- Actively participate in the discussions/scrum meetings to comprehend and understand
your scope of work and deliver as per your estimates/commitments.
- Proactively reach out to others when you need assistance and to showcase your work,
work independently on your assigned work.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with TypeScript and React
- Hands-on experience with React Router 7, modern React patterns, and state
management
- Proficiency in CSS Modules and converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI
- Experience with frontend testing using Vitest
- Backend development experience using Node.js with HAPI
- Familiarity with Jest for backend testing.
- Experience working with DynamoDB, S3, and Redis
- Understanding of asynchronous workflows and orchestration tools such
as Temporal (preferred)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
