We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in AutoCAD drafting and land planning to prepare residential, commercial, and mixed-use layouts in compliance with GMADA, Punjab Municipal Regulations, PAPRA, and other applicable development norms.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify site plans, plotting layouts, subdivision plans, and township master plans using AutoCAD.
- Design road networks, green areas, public utility spaces, parking, and infrastructure layouts as per GMADA guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with GMADA, PUDA, PAPRA, Municipal Council, and Punjab Government development regulations.
- Calculate saleable area, road reservations, FAR, density, and open space requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, surveyors, revenue officials, and government departments.
- Analyze revenue maps (Aks Shajra), Jamabandis, and land records for project planning.
- Prepare drawings and documents required for CLU, licenses, approvals, and NOCs.
- Conduct site visits and verify ground conditions with approved plans.
- Maintain project documentation and revision records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
