We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Medical Representative (BDE) to promote and expand the market presence of our own brand ATOMSHIELD Surgical & Pharma Products in the Trivandrum and Kollam regions. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market ATOMSHIELD Surgical & Pharma Products to hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
- Meet Hospital Administrators, Purchase Managers, Doctors, Nursing Superintendents, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Present product features, benefits, and company offerings effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Submit daily activity reports and sales updates to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates from Pharma, Surgical, Medical Devices, or Healthcare Sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Trivandrum and Kollam regions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License preferred.
