The Sales Officer- Institutional Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with institutional clients. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can understand complex client needs, present tailored solutions, and achieve ambitious sales targets within the institutional market segment.
- Identify and target potential institutional clients, including corporations, government entities, educational institutions, financial institutions, and other large organizations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint within the institutional sector.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand client requirements, and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at institutional client organizations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to secure profitable sales deals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, legal, and client services, to ensure seamless service delivery and address client feedback.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and providing post-sales support.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and activity updates for management, tracking progress against targets.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and build professional relationships.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively position the company's offerings in a competitive landscape.
