Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Social Science subjects as per CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare annual plans, lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Deliver engaging classroom instruction using innovative teaching methodologies.
- Conduct regular tests, projects, and evaluations.
- Monitor student performance and provide academic support and remedial coaching.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Integrate technology and digital learning tools into classroom teaching.
- Prepare students for examinations and subject-related competitions.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school activities.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Contribute to co-curricular and extracurricular activities of the school.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or related Social Science discipline.
- B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- CTET/TET qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a recognized school.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Smart Boards, and digital teaching platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

The PGT History Teacher is responsible for teaching History to Classes XI and XII, developing students' understanding of historical events, civilizations, political developments, and cultural heritage. Key Responsibilities
- Teach History to senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII) as per CBSE/ISC/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching aids, assignments, and question papers.
- Develop students' analytical and interpretative skills through discussions, debates, and project work.
- Guide students in board examination preparation, answer-writing techniques, and research projects.
