About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Executive | Digital Transformation to drive the adoption of digital systems, automation and AI across our business functions. The role covers the full cycle, understanding how a function operates, identifying opportunities for digitization, defining requirements, coordinating delivery with the technology team, and ensuring successful adoption by business users. It is a hands on role reporting to the CTO and working closely with the sales, operations, marketing and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Study existing business processes across functions and document them clearly.
· Identify opportunities for digitization, automation and efficiency improvement, and prioritize them by business impact.
· Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and process flows.
· Build and maintain automation workflows across CRM, email, forms, spreadsheets and internal tools.
· Manage data quality across business systems, including validation, deduplication and standardization.
· Define and track metrics that measure the impact of each digitization initiative
· Identify and implement AI assisted workflows for use cases such as document extraction, lead qualification, content drafting and internal search
· Evaluate AI tools and platforms and recommend appropriate solutions
· Conduct user training and prepare process documentation and user guides
· Drive adoption across business teams and provide post implementation support
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Commerce or Business Administration
· MBA or PGDM in Systems, Operations or Business Analytics
Candidates with equivalent practical experience and a demonstrable record of implemented systems will also be considered.
Requirements
· 4-7 years of experience in digital transformation, business systems, business analysis, sales operations or process automation
· Experience delivering at least two business systems or automation initiatives end to end, including requirements, rollout, training and adoption
· Advanced Excel skills, including working with large and complex datasets
· Hands on experience with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate)
· Working knowledge of Al tools and LLM based workflows, including prompt design and Al-assisted automation
· CRM implementation or administration experience (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or custom platforms)
· Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks or scripting (Python or JavaScript)
