At Ohmycake, the "Outlet Manager" is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery outlet, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory control, product freshness and overall store performance.
This role involves training and scheduling employees, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards, managing cash handling and sales reports, coordinating with the production team for stock replenishment and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have experience in retail or food service management, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
