- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations
- Execute work as per approved drawings and technical specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards
- Handle site measurements, billing, and material reconciliation
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Maintain site documentation (reports, work progress, DPR)
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the site
