Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute city-level business strategies to achieve growth and profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional city teams to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and local regulations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, operational reports, and performance dashboards.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
- Drive customer satisfaction by continuously improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, city management, business development, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience managing teams and achieving business targets is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
