Aman Traders – Coca-Cola Distributor
We are hiring an Accountant for Aman Traders, a Coca-Cola distribution unit. The candidate will primarily work at our unit in Tetelia, Jalukbari, Guwahati and will be responsible for day-to-day accounting and banking activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally.
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Maintain daily cash records and perform cash reconciliation.
- Handle cash deposits and cheque deposits at the bank.
- Maintain vouchers, bills and supporting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain banking records.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, receipts and payments.
- Coordinate with the Head Office and management regarding accounts and banking activities.
- Perform other routine accounting-related duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience is required.
- Working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to handle cash and banking transactions responsibly.
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Responsible, punctual and organised.
