Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Bench Sales Recruiters (US Staffing) at Kgate Technologies Inc., located in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include identifying and recruiting qualified professionals for various roles, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, maintaining client accounts, and fostering strong candidate and client relationships. The role requires dynamic communication and organizational skills to meet staffing requirements effectively.

Key Requirements:
✔ 2–8+ years of experience in US Staffing
✔ Strong Tier-1 vendor/client network
✔ Expertise in marketing OPT/CPT, H1B, H4EAD, GC & USC consultants
✔ Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn & other job portals
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work in US EST/CST time zones
