Job Description
We are looking for self-motivated professionals with a passion for delivering WOW experiences to customers and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our Inbound Sales team. As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into loyal customers. You should be comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails, generating interest, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the sales process.
Responsibilities:

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Understand customer needs and requirements

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Close sales and achieve the monthly/quarterly quotas

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned Territory

Perform effective online demos to prospects
Requirements:

Proven inside sales experience

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone presence and expertise dialing dozens of calls per day

Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

Experience working with CRM

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Shift Timings - ANZ (4:30AM - 1:30PM)
