Sr. Engineer/AM- Customer Quality
- Monitor in-process and final product quality in injection moulding operations.
- Ensure proper inspection, documentation, and approval of quality reports.
- Handle customer complaints, rejection analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct daily quality checks, red bin analysis, and maintain PPM/rejection reports.
- Use 7 QC Tools, Core Tools, 8D, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, FIFO, and 5S for quality improvement.
- Conduct Process/Product Audits and support IATF audit compliance.
- Coordinate mould/tool correction and resolve shop floor quality issues.
- Support new product development trials and validation activities.
- Ensure implementation and revision of work instructions and quality standards.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Candidate must have experience handling MSIL / Suzuki customer quality.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of assembly (Wiring Harness)
- Hands-on experience in 7 QC Tools & Core Tools
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of IATF system and audit requirements
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
