Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar positions.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and offer management.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Ensure smooth joining formalities and documentation.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Ensure timely issuance of HR letters and documents.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Facilitate grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Support employee retention and workplace culture initiatives.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
- Assist managers in goal setting and performance reviews.
- Track employee development plans and training needs.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory requirements.
- Support audits and compliance documentation.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and effectiveness reports.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Generate monthly HR MIS reports.
- Track recruitment metrics, attrition, manpower, and employee engagement KPIs.
- Provide HR insights for management decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification.
- 3–7 years of experience in HR Generalist role.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting.
