Position: Spa Duty Manager

Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English communication
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Spa, Wellness, Hospitality, or Salon operations
- Strong sales and membership-selling experience
- Ability to handle guest relations and daily spa operations
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of appointment scheduling and billing software is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day spa operations and guest experience
- Achieve sales and membership targets
- Handle staff scheduling and performance monitoring
- Ensure high standards of customer service and hygiene
- Manage bookings, billing, and client feedback
- Coordinate with management for operational excellence
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
