We are seeking a highly analytical and result-driven Performance Growth Strategist with a minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing and digital campaign management. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in paid advertising, marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and digital growth strategies across eCommerce, SaaS, IT, and lead generation domains.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive measurable business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives while adapting to evolving AI-powered marketing technologies and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for eCommerce, SaaS, IT, and service-based businesses.
- Create and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversions, lead quality, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics while preparing detailed analytical reports and actionable insights.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and campaign scaling strategies to maximize performance.
- Utilize tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console
- CRM Platforms
- Email Automation Tools
- Collaborate closely with design, content, development, and sales teams to ensure successful campaign execution and optimization.
- Support SEO and website performance initiatives through performance-driven strategies and analytics.
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms for campaign optimization, reporting, workflow enhancement, and marketing efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platform updates, and AI-driven marketing innovations.

- 4–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.

- Professional, confident, and presentable individual with strong interpersonal abilities.
