We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for our electronics/electrical/mechanical manufacturing company in Mumbai. The role involves handling recruitment, HR operations, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws), employee relations, and shop-floor workforce management , Training & Payroll management
The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup, strong knowledge of labour laws, and experience managing blue-collar workforce.
