Sales Executive – Real Estate Job Description We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting property site visits, and assisting clients throughout the property buying process. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and field activities. - Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements. - Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients. - Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers. - Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers. - Maintain customer records and update the CRM system. - Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals. - Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth deal closure. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. - Stay updated on the local real estate market and competitor activities. Requirements: - Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is an advantage. - Sales experience in Real Estate is preferred (Freshers can also apply). - Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented approach.
