Site Engineer – Job Description (JD)
Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising construction activities, managing daily site operations, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with workers, contractors, and project teams for timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day construction work at the project site.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project managers.
Monitor site progress and prepare daily reports.
Check quality of materials and construction activities.
Maintain safety standards and site discipline.
Resolve technical and operational issues at the site.
Ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
Skills Required:
Site supervision and project coordination skills.
Knowledge of construction methods and safety procedures.
Ability to read engineering drawings and plans.
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience:
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply based on project requirements.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
