Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 1–2 years of experience and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, billing, and supporting project cost control activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Estimate material, labor, and project costs based on drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and procurement departments.
- Track material consumption and reconcile quantities with site progress.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, quotations, and cost reports.
- Maintain records of estimates, measurements, and project documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and project costing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with construction materials and site execution practices.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
