Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Posting & Service Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing posting activities, coordinating service-related tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle posting and updating of data/content on assigned platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for service-related requests and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor task completion and ensure timely updates.
- Respond to client/service queries in a professional manner.
- Assist in process coordination and operational support activities.
- Ensure quality and accuracy while handling assigned tasks.
- Follow company processes and maintain confidentiality of information.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Team player with problem-solving abilities.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant internship or work experience preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in operations, service coordination, backend support, or posting-related roles.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and process-driven environment.
