## Key Responsibilities
### Content Planning & Shoot Coordination
* Plan and organize monthly content calendars.
* Coordinate with clients to finalize shoot dates.
* Prepare and arrange shoot topics and content briefs.
* Ensure all required content is ready before every shoot.
* Keep the content pipeline active so clients never run out of content.
### Project & Workflow Management
* Manage the complete content production process from shoot to publishing.
* Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members.
* Track every task and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
* Follow up with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of every asset.
* Maintain project trackers and workflow systems.
### Quality Control
* Review edited videos against the company's quality benchmarks.
* Ensure thumbnails meet branding and visual standards.
* Review captions for clarity, engagement, and brand consistency.
* Ensure every deliverable is client-ready before sharing.
### Client Communication & Account Management
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
* Share content for approvals and follow up to ensure timely reviews.
* Resolve client queries professionally.
* Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
* Ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.
### Publishing & Social Media Management
* Ensure videos, reels, shorts, and posts are published according to the content calendar.
* Coordinate scheduling across multiple platforms.
* Create and set up new social media accounts when required.
* Obtain manager/admin access to client accounts.
* Ensure profiles are properly optimized before publishing.
### Meta Ads Management
* Coordinate Meta advertising campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance and ensure advertising budgets are utilized efficiently.
* Track key performance metrics and work towards improving lead generation and profitability.
* Coordinate with performance marketing specialists whenever required.
### Performance Tracking
* Monitor content performance across platforms.
* Prepare regular reports for clients.
* Suggest improvements based on analytics and audience behaviour.
* Identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
### Process Improvement
* Continuously improve internal workflows.
* Build SOPs and checklists for smooth execution.
* Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve them before they impact delivery.

## Required Skills & Qualifications
* 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management, Project Management, or Client Servicing.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and emerging platforms.
* Good to have understanding of personal branding and content marketing.
* Strong knowledge of content creation workflows.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
