The Finance Head is responsible for managing financial planning, accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting to support the organization’s business goals. The role focuses on ensuring accurate financial records, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing banking and working capital, strengthening financial controls, and providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager also oversees ERP systems such as SAP and Tally to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.

8–12 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in FMCG / manufacturing / export-oriented organizations.

Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes.

Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and Tally.
