Organization: HHH Foundation 17 year+ old NGO, based in Bangalore. We have now projects in several partner NGO locations across the country. We are dedicated to eradicate poverty through skill development as a tool.. The idea is to make the school drop-outs capable of learning, earning and enhancing their dignity. It is not a quick fix but a detailed 1000-hour program run by HHH trainers in villages. Job placements, self- employment opportunities and prevention of urban migration are the core objectives of this program
Role Objective:
To deliver impactful classroom and field training that equips underprivileged youth with life skills, communication, and employability tools — empowering them to access sustainable livelihood opportunities. Engaged in community engagement activities like mobilization, Training Delivery and placement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery:
o Conduct engaging training sessions following HHH’s curriculum.
o Use lesson plans effectively and adhere to daily/weekly schedules.
o Leverage multimedia, activities, and real-life examples to enhance comprehension.
2. Trainee Management:
o Build a motivating and inclusive classroom environment.
o Identify poor performers and counsel them toward improvement.
o Track trainee attendance, participation, and learning outcomes regularly.
3. Planning & Coordination:
o Collaborate with content and delivery teams to adapt sessions to batch needs.
o Coordinate with local NGO partners to manage infrastructure, logistics, and reporting.
4. Digital & Data Handling:
o Use learning management systems and internal platforms for tracking training data.
o Ensure timely updates of batch and trainee records as per project guidelines.
5. Community & Field Engagement:
o Participate in mobilization drives, awareness sessions, and home visits.
o Engage with community members, parents, and youth to support enrolment and retention.
6. Professional Conduct:
o Maintain high grooming and presentation standards during training hours.
o Ensure punctuality and professional discipline in all assigned tasks.
o Uphold HHH values and act as a role model for trainees.
7. Supportive Functions:
o Make trainees aware of government schemes and entitlements.
o Provide career counseling support & involving in placement related activities.
o Participate in periodic reviews, assessments, and feedback sessions.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and/or regional language(s).
Training Skills: Ability to simplify complex topics and facilitate interactive learning.
Soft Skills: Empathy, confidence, and ability to connect with rural youth.
Digital Skills: Basic proficiency in using mobile apps, online platforms, and data tools.
Assessment & Feedback: Capacity to assess learning and provide constructive feedback.
Problem-Solving: Address classroom and trainee challenges with initiative.
Time Management: Ability to multitask and deliver results within deadlines.
Continuous Learning: Willingness to adapt, learn, and grow with minimal supervision.
Work requirements:
Mon-sat, at rural project centers. One batch of 30 students shall be dedicated to one trainer at such a center

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
