Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter with bulk hiring experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high-volume recruitment across diverse roles and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding large numbers of candidates within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle end-to-end bulk hiring from sourcing to onboarding the candidate.
*Work with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring targets.
*Use multiple sourcing channels: job portals, walk-ins, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
*Ensure adherence to company hiring standards and compliance practices.
*Manage offer roll-outs, pre-employment checks, and joining formalities.
*Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in bulk hiring.
Strong sourcing skills using various platforms (Naukri, Indeed, social media, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
