Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager – HR Business Partner to support business leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, and Performance Management, with prior experience in the Insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Corporate, and Support functions.
- Partner with business leaders for manpower planning and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment consultants.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as TAT, position closure, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality.
- Manage the employee life cycle, including onboarding, confirmation, performance management, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
- Support employee relations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Drive Learning & Development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and recruitment reports.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Work closely with business leaders to improve talent availability, employee retention, and overall employee experience.
Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 8–12 years of relevant HR experience.
- Minimum 3–4 years of recruitment experience in the Insurance industry.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
