Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Final salary depends on interview and experience)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sunday Fixed Off)
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand's presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content strategy, audience engagement, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
- Manage and optimize all social media accounts.
- Drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and achieve business KPIs.
- Coordinate with the graphic design team to create high-quality creatives.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular analytics reports.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to improve online presence and generate leads.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication, content planning, and creative thinking skills.
- Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools is preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare, herbal, wellness, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
