*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented *Civil Quantity Surveyor* with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be professional, proficient in drafting software, and capable of preparing accurate technical drawings. This role is office-based and does not require site visits.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and plans based on design inputs.
* Draft architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
* Modify and revise drawings as per project requirements.
* Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and specifications.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams for design clarity.
* Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
* Deliver drawings within defined timelines with high accuracy.
*Requirements:*
* Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Draughtsman.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of other drafting tools is an added advantage.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Professional attitude and ability to work independently.
*Compensation*
* 25,000 - 40,000 Rupees
