Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities from order confirmation to completion.
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, and action plans.
- Follow up with concerned departments for timely completion of activities.
- Coordinate between office, factory, site, vendors, and clients.
- Track project milestones and highlight delays or issues to the Project Manager.
Design & Drawing Coordination
- Coordinate with the design team for approved drawings and revisions.
- Ensure latest drawings, BOQs, specifications, and approvals are available to the concerned teams.
- Maintain proper records of drawing revisions and approvals.
- Follow up for client/consultant approvals wherever required.
Purchase & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with Purchase for material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with Production regarding manufacturing status.
- Coordinate with Stores for material availability and dispatch requirements.
- Monitor material shortages and communicate them to the Project Manager.
Site Coordination
- Coordinate with Site Engineers/Supervisors regarding site requirements.
- Track material dispatches and site deliveries.
- Follow up on site issues, pending works, and client requirements.
- Coordinate installation schedules with factory and site teams.
- Maintain daily/weekly project status reports.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare project status reports and MIS.
- Record pending actions and follow up until closure.
- Maintain records of approvals, changes, deliveries, and completion documents.
Client Coordination
- Coordinate routine communication with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Record client requirements and communicate them to the relevant internal teams.
- Follow up on approvals, clarifications, and pending decisions.
- Escalate major client concerns to the Project Manager.

- Project activities completed as per schedule.
- Timely follow-up and closure of pending actions.
- Accuracy of project documentation.
- Timely coordination of materials and production.
- Reduction in project delays due to coordination gaps.
- Timely submission of project reports.
- Effective coordination between departments.
- Client satisfaction and response time.
- Proper tracking of project changes and approvals.
7. Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to prepare project trackers and MIS reports.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and escalation skills.
- Basic understanding of interior fit-out/project execution processes.
8. Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, interior fit-outs, construction, retail projects, furniture, or related industry.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
