Job Responsibilities
- Read and understand electrical control panel drawings, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
- Perform fitting, mounting, and assembly of electrical control panels as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Mount electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, timers, terminal blocks, SMPS, PLCs, VFDs, transformers, and other control devices.
- Perform panel drilling, cutting, punching, and component mounting using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Install and route wires, cables, ducts, and cable ties neatly inside control panels.
- Perform wire cutting, ferruling, crimping, lugging, and termination.
- Ensure proper component alignment, spacing, tightening, and labeling.
- Follow electrical wiring diagrams and panel GA/layout drawings accurately.
- Carry out continuity checks and basic electrical testing of assembled panels.
- Identify and rectify fitting, wiring, and assembly-related issues.
- Maintain proper workmanship, cleanliness, and safety standards during assembly.
- Coordinate with the electrical design, testing, and production teams when required.
- Follow company quality procedures and safety requirements.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of electrical panel fitting and assembly.
- Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams and panel drawings.
- Familiarity with hand tools and electrical tools.
- Knowledge of wire sizing, cable termination, ferruling, and crimping.
- Basic knowledge of industrial electrical components and control systems.
- Good understanding of electrical safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Panel Fitting: Component mounting, drilling, cutting, DIN rail/duct installation, and panel hardware assembly.
Wiring & Termination: Wire routing, ferruling, crimping, lugging, and termination according to drawings.
Quality & Testing: Checking connections, component mounting, continuity, labeling, and overall panel workmanship.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,036.56 per month
